We had such a strangely warm Winter here in Utah that it's felt like Spring for a long time, which is awesome!  I love Springtime and wanted to capture it in a card.

Gosh, what a cutie-pie lamb this is!  The stamp is an older one from My Favorite Things.  I stamped her onto watercolor paper and painted her with Distress Ink markers, water, and a paintbrush.  I paper-pieced her clothes and heart.  The DP's are from Papertrey Ink.

I used lots of white die-cut embellishments and some of my favorite flowers from I Am Roses.  I added some flat-back pearls and some enamel dots to finish it off.  I love it!  :)

I'm linking this card to the following challenges:

I decided to play along with the current {MY FAVORITE THINGS} sketch challenge this week.  If you know me at all, you know it's hard for me to follow a sketch exactly -- which isn't required, of course -- but you may have to use your imagination a bit with this creation.  :)

As soon as I saw the sketch, I instantly thought of a camper.  You can see it, too... right?  Flip it around, slap some wheels on there and it's good to go. :)

I started with a base shape cut from some chipboard and went from there.  I pulled out some polkadotty paper from Papertrey Ink, a ton of MFT Die-Namics and got to work.

I stamped the MFT Pure Innocence {Being Cute Is What I Do} girl onto watercolor paper and watercolored her with Distress Ink markers, water, and a paintbrush.  I cut out the panel and turned it into a window, flanked by polkadot curtains, die cut from the brackets banner in Blueprints 13. I made the canopy using the MFT scallop border.

The flowers are MFT Pretty Posies and Layered Leaves Die-Namics.  The star, the white circles in the wheels, and the sentiment panels are also from Blueprints 13.  The pierced rectangle on the side is from Blueprints 3 and the sentiment is from Pure Innocence Freckles

I had so much fun making this!  I think it's going to sit on my crafty desk forever.  :)  I'm also linking this up to the current {SIMON SAYS STAMP} Anything Goes challenge.

Thank you for visiting!

{BEST WISHES: Today and Always}

I was organizing some of my stamps and came across this "Fairest" stamp from The Greeting Farm that I forgot about!  She was begging to be inked up, so I happily obliged. :)

I stamped her onto watercolor paper and watercolored her with Distress Ink markers, water, and a paintbrush.  I added a few highlights with a white ink gel pen.

The sentiment stamp is by Reverse Confetti, the papers are from Papertrey Ink, and the leaf dies are from My Favorite Things.

I've had this Emerald Faerie rubber stamp for quite some time, but I've only inked it up a few times.  I'm going to have to keep it closer at hand because I absolutely love this baby faerie!

I believe the Emerald Faerie stamps are now all digital (the shop is here) and I'm not sure where I got this "Ashee" stamp in rubber form, but I'm glad I've got it.

I stamped the image onto a die-cut watercolor paper panel and watercolored it with Distress Inks.  I layered the panel onto a base of pattern paper and some frayed cheesecloth.

I decorated it with a handful of different flowers from {I Am Roses} -- R21-15 white roses, S3-839 green cherry blossoms, S3-151 white cherry blossoms and ZQL20-151 white leaves.  I inked some of the blossoms and the leaf with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mists.  I typically get all of my flowers in white for this reason... they can easily be altered to match any color scheme!

I'm linking this little baby to the following challenges:

{I AM ROSES} - Feb Anything Goes
{EMERALD FAERIES} - #65 Yellow/Green
{PAPERTAKE WEEKLY} - Take Your Pick (cool colors)
